A guide to our product and process

  • The process is very easy – You just need to tell us about the property you’re thinking about and provide us with access to up to date information from your SMSF’s accounts. Then we’ll give you an indication of how much we think you can borrow and your eligibility.
  • If you or your accountant doesn’t use one of the main administration platforms we integrate with, you can also provide us with the required information manually. 
  • If you wish to proceed to an application, we’ll need a little more information about the SMSF’s members and their employment status.
  • We do not provide advice about the suitability of the investment for your SMSF or the investment merits of the particular property you have in mind.  You should discuss this with a trusted and suitably qualified adviser.

How it works

How it works

You (or your adviser) go to SuperLX.com.au and we will show you how much your SMSF can borrow and if you meet the lender’s eligibility criteria.

With your permission we extract your SMSF’s financial data.  This helps us calculate your SMSF’s borrowing capacity.

We will prepare an application for you, get you to electronically sign it and fast track it through the approval process.

In normal circumstances the lender will provide you an indicative approval within only 1-2 days.

We integrate your application with our SMSF lawyers who can establish your Bare Trust and do your conveyancing if you wish. 

SuperLX connects to your SMSF’s accounting platform, making it easy for you to enquire, apply for, and complete the process of buying a property in your SMSF using a limited recourse borrowing arrangement (LRBA).

We prepare your application form and make it very easy for you to apply for an LRBA.  We continue to support you by: 

  • Keeping track of your application 
  • Providing a secure portal where you can upload documents the lender may require
  • Connecting you to SMSF lawyers integrated with our platform who can establish your Bare Trust arrangements and attend to the conveyance of your investment property.
